1.Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore

(1) Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

(2)Hassle-free Self Check-in: Guests with standard online bookings can use the lobby’s self check-in kiosk to complete the process quickly—no need to wait in line!(Not applicable for bookings with add-on meals or packages, one-night-two-meals plans, vouchers, or point redemptions.）

(4)To reduce plastic waste, we have replaced disposable bottled water with an in-room bamboo charcoal filtration system and reusable eco-friendly water pitchers.You may refill your pitcher at the water dispensers located on each floor. (*For in-room use only. Please do not take the pitcher outside the hotel. Cold water only—do not use for hot water.)

2.Facilities and Parking Services

During your stay, parking is free until 12:30 PM on the day of check-out.

Cars (1 vehicle per room free of charge): Please register your license plate at check-in. License plate recognition allows free entry and exit.
For a second vehicle, parking fees apply:NT$300 on weekdays / NT$500 on weekends and holidays.

Motorcycles:Between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM, please deactivate your parking token at the B1 parking office before exiting.Outside these hours, please contact the front desk on the 1st floor.

3.In-House Facilities & Services

(1) Guest Breakfast: Served at “W.E. FOOD” on 1F.Available from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

(2)Dining Privileges:Enjoy a relaxing stay paired with thoughtfully prepared cuisine in an elegant and cozy atmosphere.

4.Special Notices

(1)To maintain a high-quality accommodation experience, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

(2)To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests,smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel except in the designated smoking area (under the front entrance arcade on the right-hand side).If cigarette odors or butts are detected in the room or balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Any damage to hotel property caused by smoking will be additionally charged based on repair costs. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

(3)Family-Friendly Services: Baby cribs and baby bathtubs are available upon request. Quantities are limited, so please reserve in advance.
