Lakeshore Hotel – The Tainan Branch has developed a menu of buffet items using subtractive cooking as the conceptual basis.

Brunch is an extension of our already extensive breakfast; we use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create inventive takes on classics from around the world, including Western, Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as regional specialties like “Tainan beef soup,” a dish that has come to symbolize the city of Tainan.

At dinner time, the flavorful experience is elevated. Local seafood, salads, Japanese dishes and Mediterranean delicacies, all featuring tender and mellow beef, make up the bulk of the buffet at this local but international restaurant, where you can spend quality time with friends and family while benefiting from the convergence of the modern health trends and culinary culture of the city.
