Guidelines for Typhoon-Related Guestroom Cancellation

If the Central Weather Bureau issues “land warnings for a typhoon” in the county or city where you are staying or intend to stay, you have the option of delaying your stay or canceling your reservation prior to check-in our respective hotels to protect the safety and rights of guests. Deposits paid to Lakeshore Hotel will be refunded in full. Please contact the appropriate Lakeshore Hotel Group reservation desk if you need to modify your itinerary or cancel your room reservation. May everything go smoothly and safely for you on your trip.

The day the Central Weather Bureau issues “land warnings for a typhoon” is the applicable day.
The itinerary is subject to change or cancellation depending on the guest’s county/city of residence or hotel.
If a room is reserved on a platform other than the Lakeshore Hotel’s website, please cancel your reservation on that platform or contact the platform’s customer service.
